These terms apply when you use Flappy Delivery, a single-player arcade Mini Game operated by Solutions Expert General Trading FZE under the Hangover Games name. By opening or playing the game, you agree to these terms and TikTok's applicable platform terms.
Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment through the TikTok app where it is available. You must follow applicable laws and TikTok's terms and community rules. Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the game or its platform, or use the game to violate another person's rights.
Scores and availability
The game saves a best score through TikTok's Mini Game storage feature. Scores are for gameplay only; they do not represent money, prizes, or a guaranteed ranking. Features, saved scores, and availability may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes, or reasons outside our control.
Ownership
The Flappy Delivery name, original game design, artwork, and software are owned by or licensed to the game operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to play; they do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, sell, or redistribute the game or its assets.
TikTok platform
TikTok provides the environment in which the Mini Game runs. TikTok is a separate platform provider and is not the operator of Flappy Delivery. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, and availability.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game or these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the game.
Liability
The game is provided for entertainment and subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not allow that. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability, loss of a locally or platform-stored score, or events outside the operator's reasonable control.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to the laws that apply to the game operator, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.
